Kira Smith from Young Women's Leadership Academy was selected for the 2024 Texas All-State Orchestra on Double Bass.
This is a high honor, as Kira was one of only 41 bass players selected in the entire state of Texas. She was one of only 2 string players selected from the entire West Texas area.
